Steps to make to make Kadai Paneer

  1. Take a nonstick pan add oil. Put chop onion saute it take it out.
  2. Do same with capsicum.
  3. Now sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on paneer put it for 10 minute.
  4. Now saute this paneer.
  5. Take other pan add some oil add chopped onion saute it
  6. Now add all ingredients,saute it. Off the flame. Cool it.
  7. After cool paste it with mixer grinder.
  8. Now take a pan add ghee add methi in it. Saute it for a minute... add grinded paste in it. Saute it.
  9. Add spices in it. Than curd and cream.
  10. Mix well now add sauted capsicum and onion in it.
  11. Now add paneer also.
  12. Add some paneer crumbled with hand.
  13. Add curd and cream
  14. Cook it for 5 minute.
  15. Kadai paneer is ready to eat
