  22. For the red gravy
  23. 1 onion finely chopped
  24. 3 tsp oil + 1tsp butter
  25. 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  26. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  27. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  28. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  29. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  30. 1 tsp coriander powder
  31. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  32. as per taste salt
  33. 2 boiled eggs yolks
  34. 1/2 cup water
  35. 3 tsp coriander leaves
  36. For the white gravy
  37. 2 boiled eggs whites
  38. 2 tsp butter
  39. 1 tsp corn flour
  40. 1/2 cup milk
  41. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  42. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  43. To garnish with
  44. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  45. 2 tsp chesse grat

Steps to make to make Egg chamcham

  1. Take all the powdered bhi. Egg masala is ready. Heat oil n butter
  2. Let the butter melt completely. Break an egg n add to hot oil n butter. Sprinkle egg masala n black pepper. Cook for a while n take it out in a serving plate.
  3. Break an egg in bowl. Add onion, capsicum, tomato, green chilli, salt n pepper. Heat oil n butter together. Mix everything well with the egg.
  4. Let the oil n butter heat up nicely then add egg mixture. Grate processed cheese over it. Fold the omelet n make a roll.
  5. Cut the omelet roll in four parts n arrange around the half fry on serving plate.
  6. Heat oil n add cumin seeds. Add onions n cook until translucent. Add capsicum n ginger garlic paste n cook well for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add chopped tomatoes
  7. Add all the powdered masalas mentioned above. Mix everything well. Add yolks of 2 boiled eggs. Break the yolks in the gravy n cook well. Mash the tomatoes properly. Cover n cook.
  8. Add some water to adjust consistency of gravy n cook for a while. Add coriander leaves n mix well. Make a thick consistency gravy. Pour the gravy on the serving plate over omelet pieces n it should cover half fry egg but keep space in middle.
  9. Heat butter n add corn flour n roast well. Add milk to it.
  10. Mix everything well until it thickens. Add grated cheese. Add boiled egg whites. Add salt, pepper and red chilli flakes
  11. Mix everything well. White gravy is ready. Now pour this white gravy of egg whites in the middle of the red gravy. Garnish with some cheese n coriander leaves. Serve hot with chappati. Enjoy this nutritious egg recipe egg chamcham.
